JacobyFi was born out of my passion for helping businesses grow—by transforming finance from a back-office function into a true driver of strategy and success.
I began my career mastering FP&A at best-in-class Fortune 500 companies, including Target, Schwan’s, and Polaris. Those years gave me a strong foundation in financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, along with exposure to world-class processes, tools, and corporate discipline.
For the past eight years, I’ve focused on consulting with private equity–backed, startup, and privately held middle-market companies, helping them strengthen FP&A, integrate acquisitions, improve reporting, and use data to drive better decisions. This work gave me the opportunity to partner directly with business leaders across industries, building practical solutions tailored to their growth goals.
I started JacobyFi to bring these combined experiences together—offering middle-market firms access to the level of FP&A insight and discipline that large companies rely on, but delivered in a practical, fractional way.
